About the CEO
Demond H. Sampson Sr.

In 1990 Demond H. Sampson Sr. was a highly recruited high school All American football player from Booker T Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He competed in the first USA Today All American football game in Reno Nevada with a host of talented athletes from all around the country. Athletes such as Drew Bledsoe, Jerome Bettis, Bryan Young, Cal Brady and a host of others who all had successful college and professional careers. He accepted a full athletic scholarship to Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ competing at the highest level of college football where he would later be suspended from the team for violating team and school policies. Soon there after, he would transfer to Arkansas Tech University were he would earn several AIC honors and become an All American defensive back in 1994 for the Wonder Boy’s.

In the year 2000 Sampson signed with the Tulsa Talons Arena Football Team, were he would play for two seasons. After departing from the Talons, Sampson started coaching and training highly talented high school and college athletes throughout the Tulsa area. He would soon discover that many local high school and youth athletes would flock to him for athletic and performance training, as well as listen to his inspirational and motivational speeches on how to become a successful student-athlete. His experiences on and off the field has helped him develop one of the most becoming sports performance training programs that is essential to every student-athletes needs. His passion for helping others succeed goes beyond their abilities to play athletics, but to helping them challenge their inner-chore values of being a successful citizen in society.

His experience also as a high school coach, led him to the decision of becoming a college recruiting consultant because of the lack of commitment by some local high school coaches. He has helped several local high school athletes obtain a full athletic scholarship to major NCAA Division I universities as well as offseason performance training upon their return home for the summers. His primary goal is to help 100% of every student-athlete associated with his program earn a full athletic scholarship to either a NCAA Division I, II, III, or NAIA with NJCAA being the last resort. Demond believes that plans for athletic success don’t fail, but not properly planning is a result of a failed plan…

Some of the many talented athletes he has trained or coached:
Robert Meachem- New Orlean Saints, Aaron Lockett-Kansas State, Tyler Lockett-Kansas State, Eric Bennett-University of Arkansas, Keon Hatcher-University of Arkansas, Justin Skillens-University of Tulsa, Renaldo Works-University of Oklahoma, Quinton Chaney-University of Oklahoma, Darren Hall-Oklahoma State University, Shamiel Gary-Oklahoma State University, Michael Bowie-Oklahoma State University, T.J.
